Return & Refund Policy

At Lumebridal, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: The item must not have been worn at any actual occasion (e.g., prom, wedding, party) or fitting event.

Original Condition: It must be in the same pristine condition as when shipped, with all original tags intact and attached (brand labels, hygiene tags). Tags must not be cut, removed, or tampered with.

Free of Alterations or Damage: The item must be unaltered, and free of any stains, makeup residue, water marks, perfume scents, body odors, or damage.


2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

Log in to your account on our website and navigate to "Order History."

Select the relevant order and the item you wish to return.

Complete the return request form, selecting your reason for return.

Await Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions via email. Please do not ship your return without this RMA number.


3. Return Shipping & Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped). Return shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier for their service.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item after the return is received and approved. Standard shipping fees apply to the new shipment.


4. Inspection & Refunds

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note: The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom-made, personalized, or “Made-to-Order” garments.

Items clearly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As-Is.”

Any item not meeting the eligibility conditions in Section 1 (e.g., tags removed, worn, altered, or damaged by the customer).


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos/video of the issue. We will cover all return shipping costs and promptly arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
